Yes, it has multiple roles to choose from. The two most commonly assigned are for mobility professionals who manage the immigration process and employees. Many of our global clients also utilize regional roles to restrict access to employee cases and data on a geographical basis.

These integrations are critical because they not only ensure employee data integrity, they also identify candidates who need work authorization and accelerate the time it takes to arrive at a job offer. Our implementation team provides full integrations support to ensure data security, completeness and control, and we use Single Sign-On via Okta to make the login process easy.
How do sponsored employees use the platform?
Our platform and mobile app are designed to maximize self-serve functionality and a seamless experience for employees. The most common ways employees use the platform include: 1. Communication: Employees use the platform to ask questions about their case at any point in the process. This feature reduces administrative time spent by mobility teams by about 50%. 2. Case status tracking: Employees have total visibility into the status of their case (e.g. when LCA is filed). This visibility reduces questions and uncertainty by allowing them to easily monitor progress, upcoming actions and timelines in real time. 3. Document upload: Employees upload critical case-related documents directly into the platform, ensuring security of sensitive and timely information and creating a document repository that keeps all sponsored employee documentation together in one place for easy access.
